Privacy Policy
This notice explains clearly what information this website collects when you browse or submit an enquiry, why it is collected, and how it is handled.
1. Who Operates This Website
This website is operated on behalf of Taksh-A-Shila, founded by Preeti R. Bondre, offering educational, career guidance, counselling, training, leadership development and legal skill-building initiatives in India.
2. Information Collected Through the Enquiry Form
You may browse public pages of this website without submitting personal details. When you choose to submit an enquiry on our Contact page, we collect only the information you provide voluntarily:
- Your full name and email address (required to address and reply to your enquiry).
- Your mobile or telephone number (optional, only if you choose to share it).
- Your enquiry profile (for example, Student, Parent, School or College, Corporate Organisation, Law Student or Other), selected area of interest, relevant service and message text.
- Confirmation of your consent to this Privacy Policy.
Please do not submit confidential medical records, sensitive personal identification numbers, or confidential legal case documents via the initial website enquiry form.
3. Why We Collect This Information & How It Is Used
Information submitted via the enquiry form is used solely to:
- Review your question and respond to you with relevant programme, training, counselling or consultation information.
- Coordinate scheduling if you choose to proceed with a session, workshop or consultation.
- Protect the website and email system from automated spam and misuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade visitor enquiry details to third-party marketers.
4. How Enquiries Are Transmitted & Protected
Enquiry submissions are validated on the server and delivered directly to Taksh-A-Shila’s designated email mailbox via encrypted SMTP transport when configured. Visitor messages are not stored in a public database or publicly accessible files on the web server.
To prevent automated spam bursts, the Contact page records temporary, one-way cryptographically hashed connection timestamps (not your message or name) that expire automatically within an hour. Standard web-server access logs maintained by our hosting provider (Hostinger) may record technical request metadata such as IP address, browser user-agent and timestamp for security and operational reliability.
5. Cookies & Third-Party Services
-
Security session cookie (Contact page): When you visit the Contact page, PHP sets a temporary session cookie (typically
PHPSESSID, markedHttpOnlyandSameSite=Lax) strictly to verify anti-forgery (CSRF) security tokens when you submit the form. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and expires when you close your browser. -
Web fonts:
Public pages load display and body typography from Google Fonts (
fonts.googleapis.com/fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch those font files, which may transmit your IP address and standard browser headers to Google in accordance with Google’s privacy practices. No analytics pixels or advertising scripts are loaded on this website. - External sharing links: Insights articles include ordinary links to share pages via LinkedIn, WhatsApp or your email app. Those services receive data only if you actively click a share link.
6. Children’s and Teenagers’ Information
Many of Taksh-A-Shila’s programmes serve children, school students and teenagers. Where an enquirer is a minor (under 18 years of age under Indian law), we encourage enquiries to be submitted by or with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Formal participation of minors in counselling or training programmes involves appropriate parent or guardian consent in line with applicable Indian law and safeguarding practices.
7. Limits of Confidentiality & Legal Obligations
While we treat personal enquiries with discretion and respect, information may be disclosed where required by applicable law, court order, statutory authority, or safeguarding obligations to prevent serious and imminent harm to any person. Please also review our Counselling Disclaimer.
8. Access, Correction, Deletion & Privacy Contact
Subject to applicable Indian data-protection law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal correspondence held in our enquiry mailbox, or withdraw consent for further communication, by contacting us:
