Preeti R. Bondre brings over two decades of experience spanning legal practice before the Bombay High Court, corporate legal advisory, legal education, institutional leadership, certified counselling, professional training and youth mentorship.
An LL.M. from the University of Mumbai — where she secured the second rank — and currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Parul University, she serves as In-Charge Principal of Siddhayog Law College. Long before Taksh-A-Shila took its present form, she conceptualised youth empowerment programmes for children aged 10–15 (2005–2011) and founded Shourya Military & Leadership Academy in 2011.
